Working safely is a basic introduction for all levels of personnel who are non-health and safety experts and meets the government’s guidelines for introductory health and safety training and is a 100 % match to the Health and Safety Executive’s ‘passport’ syllabus.
This Zero Harm training will enable candidates to:
- Carry out work activities without risk to themselves or others
- Understand the consequences, as a result of failing to work safely
- Identify hazards, risks and risk controls and understand the importance of risk assessmentwith examples of everyday use
- Take appropriate workplace precautions and understand their importance in the workenvironment
- Identify lines of communication in their places of work
- Identify safety signs and signals Know how and to whom to report accidents, incidents and near misses in their places of work
