REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately Safety Matters incurs significant costs when our client’s book courses and later
cancel, so please review our Refund/Cancellation policy.Clients who cancel will receive the
following refund of any payment made to Safety Matters
Training:
Those who cancel 30 days or more before the course date will receive a full refund.
Those who cancel 10 or more days before the course date but less than 30 days before the
course date will receive a refund of 75% of the course cost. Those who cancel less than 7 days
before the start of the course will receive no refund butmay be offered an alternative date our discretion.
The £50 deposit offer is non-refundable unless Safety Matters is unable to provide the course.
DELIVERY POLICY
Safety Matters Training tries its upmost to deliver all courses at the time and venue advertised. If
we have to cancel a course, for whatever reason, those who have booked can either accept a
place on the next suitable course or receive a full refund.
Guaranteed pass
Anyone who fails to qualify after attending a Safety Matters Course will be able to attend future
courses free of charge until gaining their accreditation.
